Yes. West Garden Home Care is a licensed and insured agency as required by laws and guidelines of the state of Alabama. All our care providers meet the requirements for practicing their profession in the state. They are bonded, screened, and highly trained to assure quality care.
We work with many Care Providers, each with his area of specialization. Hence we carefully consider the need of the patient and the field of the Care Provider to match the client and the Care Provider accurately.
We evaluate and update the client Care plan every three months. However, a client may request modifications at any time.
Yes! Our Care Providers are required to complete a six-month In-Home Care training course before providing care. Monthly In-Home Care training and Covid-19 training are also provided.
Yes! We require our employees to submit a background and drug screening, prior to employment and randomly. These types of screenings assures our current and future employees are in a healthy state of mind, unimpaired, and can be trusted to provide care to you or your loved one.
Our Care Managers are always on call.
We accept long-term care, VA benefits, Aid and Attendance ( veterans or surviving spouses), Worker's Compensation and private pay ( Visa ,MC, AM EX., Discovery, Check, Money order or Cash.)
